FIRE ISLAND RETREAT

Our five-bedroom house on Fire Island is available for rent. It's on Cottage Walk in Ocean Beach, 400 feet from the ocean, with views of the water on both sides from a roof deck that looks out over the whole island. It's a perfect set-up for a large family or two families to rent together, with two master bedrooms upstairs with the kids bedrooms in between, plus an extra en-suite queen bedroom downstairs. 

There are two full baths plus an outdoor shower. Wagon, bikes, and beach toys included. Air conditioning throughout (though the ocean breezes keep things pleasant without), Apple TV, FIOS wifi, a big chef's kitchen, dining room, laundry room, sleeping porch, plus a big back deck for outdoor meals. It's a quick walk to town for groceries, ice cream, etc.
